Is the oil pump on a international 466E rebuild-able?
There is no point and rebuilding that oil pump.... First, you need to think about how many miles the engine has on it.... That oil pump, will cost you a nice chunk of change in labor just to remove it in the first place, imagin how much more it is going to cost you if someone then, has to a. find the parts for that one specific pump b. replace what is wrong with the pump, which could be many things...and when they find out what went wrong, they are then going to have to replace that one piece. It would be worth your money to just replace it. Visit a junk yard my friend, it will be way worth your time and money
