It depends on the power rating. A typical nuclear power plant might be rated at 1100 megawatts, so that would be 1100 megawatt-hours in one hour.

To translate that into SI units, one watt is one joule per second, so 1100 megawatts is 1.1 x 107 joules per second. Over the period of one hour, then, we are talking about 3.96 x 1010 joules.

All of this is talking about net electric energy to the electric power grid. The actual reactor core produces about three times that in thermal energy. The difference is lost in conversion efficiency between the core and the end result.

Energy out put depend on the designed reactor size, a plant of size 1,000 MW would have maximum energy output of 24,000 MWh electricity in a day or 864 GJ of energy. Nuclear power produces around 11% of the world's energy needs, and produces huge amounts of energy from small amounts of fuel, without the pollution that you'd get from burning fossil fuels.
