Yes. At E3, two Kingdom Hearts titles were announced; Kingdom Hearts 3D and Kingdom Hearts RE: Coded. Not much information is available regarding Kingdom Hearts 3D, but it will be for the Nintendo 3DS and will utilize the 3DS's new 3D feaures. Kingdom Hearts RE: Coded is just Kingdom Hearts Coded, remade for the Nintendo DS.

Sora, Riku and Kairi are in Kingdom Hearts III. Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep is the game that you are most likely referring to, which introduces new characters and events that happen 10 years previous to the first Kingdom Hearts. The trailer for Birth By Sleep was shown as a secret video at the end of Kingdom Hearts II, and is commonly thought to be Kingdom Hearts III but this is not the case. In an interview with Tetsuya Nomura (Director/Character Designer for the Kingdom Hearts series) he states that Birth By Sleep is "episode 0" because it holds as much importance as Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts 2, but is NOT Kingdom Hearts 3.
