to answer your question,theres 4qts. if you drained it and want to refill,if on the other hand your putting in a new motor, it`s 8qts. + about 8.9qts.that includes the torque converter but to be on the safe side just call a Dodge dealership and ask for service and they will tell you. that's what I did.
