I would say honestly that for someone seriously interested in gaming, no. The graphics aren't fantastic neither is the game play and the range of games is quite limited. I would think anyone older than 13 would regret buying it.
To be honest when I got the 3ds I wasn't so excited as I used to be, then I found out that you cannot plug it in a tv, which attracted me to become interested in it. So if you're like, 13 years or younger, get the 3ds. Otherwise, you'll find it babyish if you're 14 and up.
It depends on what you are looking for. The main selling point of the 2DS is that it is cheap.
Pros:
- Cheaper than standard 3DS ($129.99 compared to $169.99 for North America)
- More durable
- Comes with a 4GB SD card instead of 2GB
Cons:
- No 3D feature
- Cannot fold in half, therefore taking up more space
- One speaker
It is about $115 now but it will only keep going down because of the new 3ds that came out.
It depends on how old are you if your younger than 11 years old then it should be fine. If your older than get an itouch.
yes it is the games are dumb and if ur over 11 its a waste
the Nintendo ds lite can play GBA games as well...but a DSI cant..well i would say dsi is better(browsing , drawing flipnote , dsi shop...)
yes it is because it is 3d COOL
The DS lite and DSi are completely different pieces of hardware. You would have to buy a DSi, you can not turn a DS lite into a DSi

If you mean simply trading one system for the other, then no, you cannot. The Nintendo DSi is worth about $150 while the DS Lite is worth about $110. You can, however, trade in the Nintendo DS Lite and cash for the Nintendo DSi. If you choose that method, you will need about $40 or so more to cover the cost. You can also choose to trade in your Nintendo DS Lite plus a game or two for the Nintendo DSi.
Yes you can play Nintendo DS games on a Nintendo ds lite.
