A 1998 Honda Accord is tuned-up by replacing the spark plugs, fuel filter, air filter, and cleaning the injectors. Changing the motor oil and transmission fluid are often changed at this time as well.
A 2004 Honda Accord should have a complete tune up every 100,000 miles. The oil needs changed in the car every 3,000 miles.
Plugs, wires, rotor, cap, pcv valve.
Change all the transmission fluid and replace the filter.

Needs a tune up?
Try doing a tune up. Change sparplugs, wires etc.
tune it up
not much just a tune and forged internals bout it
There are just too many of the one or two of the devices on the car that would be causing this. Go to a tune-up shop.
Replace the engine air filter and interior cabin filter. Replace the brake fluid. Other than changing the oil/filter that is all there is. Your owner's manual list all of this.
I have a 1995 Honda Accord EX four dour stick shift with 222,500 miles. I get just over 32 miles per gallon on the highway (I know!). My brother works at a Honda Acura shop and we keep in good shape with regular tune-ups, oil changes, etc.
Tune it up. Replace the spark plugs, plug wires, distributor cap, rotor, fuel filter, and air filter.
If you use genuine Honda Parts it will cost you about $300 for parts and about $100 for the labor, you need to replace the following parts: Spark plugs, Wires, PCV Valve, fuel filter, rotor and cap, air filter and valve cover gasket. Good luck, I am doing this now on my 1997 Accord SE, I bought most of the parts from a Honda dealer online and I bought the plugs and wires from a local auto parts store.
The cost to tune up a 1998 Lincoln Navigator depends on the needs of the vehicle, the cost of supplies, and the cost of labor. There is not a standard price for the tune up. A mechanic can give an estimate for the job.
maybe the fuses have blown because that happened to my radio and you might have to buy a new radio.
Check for humidity in the distributor cap. Most Hondas had a gasket that was at the base of the distributor and they can dry and crack with age, or not be replaced during a routine tune-up.

A Honda CRV tune-up should include replacing the spark plugs and spark plug wires. The tune-up should also include changing the oil and the oil filter.
depends on a tune...and other mods done to it... i'd say 400 with a really safe street tune...440 on a good street/race tune...and over 500rwhp on a race tune...hope that helps...
In the old days a "Tune-up" meant a series of adjustments and part replacements that would ensure your vehicle ran correctly and normally would identify correct most engine running problems.NOT ANY MOREA tune-up now means: (applies to your 2004 Honda)Replace spark Plugs and fuel filter. Check air filter, belts, hoses, and Timing belt if required by mileage.A tune up will probably not repair or correct running problems. A tune-up is NOW a required service like an oil change.
You throw it in the garbage and buy a honda!
