Depends which one you mean. Leonardo's is the most famous, and it's painted on a monastery wall and therefore totally and permanently unsaleable. So the answer is either 'priceless' or 'valueless'.
The value of the last supper now is not limited in remembering Christ whenever we sit together and partake his body, but that His word be manifested totally into our heart so that we may grow to the fullness of faith! We can refer to what Paul said in Romans 8:28-30:
"28And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. 29For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the likeness of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers. 30And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified."
As I understand The Bible, this is the best meaning I have when we partake The Lord's Body!
God bless!

Since it is an irreplaceable, one of a kind painting, there is no way to place a value, other than what someone would be willing to pay.
About 800,000,000
Perhaps we should not call this a portrait. A portrait is a representation of one or more persons in order to present them as individuals. In the 'Last Supper' the group action is central, not which disciple is which. The size is 460 x 880 cm. In a Florence monastery Andre del Castagno painted the 'Last Supper' with the dimensions 453x975 cm. There are other very large paintings of this subject.
It is worth heaps.
There was not a woman at the Last Supper. The record is below, no woman was present. Jesus had the Last Supper with the 12 apostles.

This 1992 Santa Monica Airlines board depicting Leonardo DaVinchi's "Last Supper" is a rare find. One of these boards in "New Old Stock" or "Mint" condition is worth a good deal of money to a collector.
The last supper was a learning period for the apostles when Christ gave them the commandment to remember him after he had died. He then gave them the mode by which they were to remember him, by partaking of bread and water or wine. This we call the Sacrament and is observed by most Christian churches every Sunday.
