Hey, I have a gemeinhardt student flute and it cost me only $90 used. Gemeinhardt is a great brand. My music teacher recommended it. Some flutes can cost up to 20,00 dollars though. Other good brands are Armstrong and Yamaha!
hey same here, i got a brand new gemeindart student flute and it cost me $380 plus tax..but i definetelly think that it would be a good idea to get a second hand one because there is no point in paying so much money for it unless ur a professional player
well i kinda am a little cheep i went to a pond shop and bought mine for around 150 $ it was a new flute though so i think it was a good price
How long is a piece of string? Same answer: it depends.
Depends on: brand, quality, condition.
The price ranges from about $50-60 for a secondhand student model, to literally thousands of dollars for top quality brands (e.g.: Altus, Trevor James) in excellent condition.
The least expensive new flute I found on May 25, 2011 was over $500.00 and the prices go up from that. You might be able to find one on eBay for much less than that, but make sure you see pictures of all angles of the flute and ask the seller questions about damage, how it sounds, etc. before you buy. You might also be able to find a good used flute in a music store, advertised in local newspapers or online that costs much, much less. Another option is to rent a flute to get started.
my flute was 2000 dollars if you spend alot of money the tax is expensive
A flute can be for $99.00 - about $20,000.00.
It all depends on what brand you wish to purchase and the if you want a beginers or higher standard in that brand
A used student model could probably be found for under $100. A high-end professional model runs into tens of thousands of dollars.
around 700 to 800 dollars but somtimes used flutes are around 500 dollors.
A student flute is about 450$ and a professional flutes are about 5000 to 6000$.
flutes vary in prices. there could flutes well under a thousand dollars, or much more than that.
ask the teacher on how muchit costs for the flute.
50 - 300 $
i dont know much about brands but the avrage flute can cost from about 90 dollars (used) to about 20,000 new if the flute is gold platted or silver platted it could be worth a lot of money but if it is a normal flute used it may only be able to be sold for about $100
The value of an Armstrong flute with a serial number of 7058438 varies depending on the actual condition of the flute. The flute might sell for as much as $150 or as little as $70.
Flute is worse. Saxophone is easier and more fun to play then flute.
