At least in the United States, there isn't a specific specialty of veterinary medicine that treats nothing but deer. The closest you'll find is a wildlife veterinarian or a zoologic veterinarian, both of which work with all kinds of wild and captive animals. These veterinarians tend to be board certified and therefore make more than the average, often over US$100,000.
