In medicine, body water is all of the water content of the human body. A significant fraction of the human body is water. Lean muscle tissue contains about 75% water by weight. Blood contains 95% water, body fat contains 14% water and bone has 43% water. Skin also contains much water. The human body is about 60% water in adult males and 55% in adult females. (Wikipedia)

The human body is made up of roughly 70% water. This is mostly in the form of blood, where the blood cells are suspended in a water based solution. The other 30% is not usually in large chunks, but is permeated by the blood network and may have a source of water touching it.

Two thirds of your body is made up of water. That is equal to sixty six and two thirds percent. (And I am 100% sure this is correct. Believe me.)
