I'm 4 foot 9 inches too! I weigh 85 pounds. I did a test to see how much I should weigh for my height and age, and I just made to the normal weight classifacation. If I were 1 less of a pound, I would be " Underwieght". I think that a 12 year old 4 foot 9, should be no more than 110 pounds, and no less than 85 pounds. I hope this answers your question!
