ACCORDING to what my nutrition teacher said... If you're a female at 5'0", the healthy weight should be 100 lbs. Add 5 lbs to every inch above 5'0". Of course.. this is just an estimation and probably varies depending on bone/frame size.

ā 9y agoIf you are 5'3' you should weigh between 107 to 135. Anything over 140 is considered to be obese for your height.
