Weight can vary by muscle weight, bone weight, and fat storage. Also, your level of exercise can also influence what a normal weight might be. Having said this, a generic answer could use the following calculation: For the first 5 feet for females, allow 100 pounds and add 5 pounds for each additional inch. So to address the question above, a 5'1" female would be 100 pounds + 5 pounds = 105 pounds. To allow for different body sizes, a +/- 10% is also included. So, the weight range for would be 89.5 - 115.5 pounds. To answer the question: a 5'1" female should weight between 90 - 116 pounds.

There is no real "correct" answer for this question. Using the word "Should" implies that there is a specific weight that a 5'3'' 33 year old female should weigh, which their isn't. It would depend on whether that female wants to be considered underweight, healthy, overweight, obese, etc.

It would also depend on body type and personal habits (e.g. exercise, lifestyle, etc.) No individual is the same, therefore, a specific weight (to be considered..._________) will vary from person to person.

Any weight between 105 and 140 pounds would keep an average woman of 5'3" within the desired BMI range of 18.5 to 24.9. An ideal weight would likely be around 120.
