It really depends on how active you are and what sort of foods you eat. You should really consult a dietician.
They can be bulimic but not anorexic. Actually, a person can certainly be mentally anorexic regardless of their weight. I believe that weight or BMI should not be so important when diagnosing anorexia. Anyone can be psychologically anorexic.
I am both a recovering alcoholic and bulimic. I have absolutely no appetite on strattera, so it should not trigger any bulimic behavior. I have just over a year sober and have had no desire to drink since taking the medication. So for me, strattera has not had any negative effect on either affliction. Good luck!
Definitely. There may be irreparable harm to vital organs (kidneys, heart, immune system). Any anorexic should be carefully monitored under a doctor's care.
It depends on the exact person. Each person needs to follow their own specific plan to recovery. Usually, the foods will be very healthy. It is not good for a recovering anorexic (or any person with an eating disorder, for that matter), to be eating junk foods and candy. The weight gain should be healthy. That includes fruit vegetables, lean proteins (meats), nuts, dairy, and whole-grains.
You should focus on eating healthy foods in good portions. This includes fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins (like fish and no-fat meats), and low-fat dairy. It is important to recover to a healthy weight by eating good foods, and not a weight gain off of pure fat from junk foods.
That's really not an appropriat question for this venue. You should discuss that with your doctor and a dietician.
In between Skinny and Fat. Not anorexic but not fat, they should have meat on their bones.
You should never strive to be anorexic. Anorexia is a dangerous physical and mentla condition. The best way to lose the weight is through healthy dieting and exercise.
Making yourself sick after you eat can cause severe harm to your body. The acid from your stomach will eventually burn your esophagus, and your body will be starved of the nutrients it needs to survive. Maintaining a healthy diet and exercising on a regular basis is a much healthier way to maintain a good weight. Individuals struggling with their weight should speak to a counselor or physician right away as anorexic or bulimic thoughts are not of a healthy mindset.
Im not sure, you should become anorexic and figure it out, HAHA! =) Im not sure, you should become anorexic and figure it out, HAHA! =)
NO!!!! omg no. anorexia is when you starve yourself. As long as you have a healthy diet and don't over exercise, you should be perfectly fine.
How about... not binging?
