I think that would depend on the experience of the painter. If you are the supervisor you would obviously have to hire other painters. Painting Wal-Marts is a huge job. Not a one man job. They have systems they use. Each night certain sections of the store are dismantled and opened up for the painters. This work has to be completed on schedule for the day shift to reassemble those areas for the consumer. The inside work is done while the outside work is also being done. You would need a crew of about 8 to 10 to complete all work scheduled. I have painted about 5 different Wal-Marts in different States. It is long hours, but the work is rewarding if the pay is. I am in fact considering going back to painting Wal-Marts. With the sluggish economy I need a way to make ends meet. I'm not fond of being out of town so much, but hey what are you going to do? Work is work!
It certainly does.
