It depends on how much is leaking out, if you park and loose a lot of Coolant then you more than likely need a new radiator which including labor and parts $450, you
Might want to go to your local auto parts store and buy some radiator stop leak and follow the instructions, it's only about $7.50 an should fix it depending on where your leak is in your radiator. If that doesn't fix it you will need a new radiator. My blazer is in the shop right now and it's gonna cost me $450 for labor and parts. Best of luck!
Should be at the bottom or rear of radiator
It should be located just below the lower radiator hose.
In the front
follow the top radiator hose to the engine. It should be there.
Should be in housing at the end of upper radiator hose

According to the Haynes repair manual for Chevy/GMC trucks 1988 thru 2000 the cap should be a 15 psi radiator cap.
It is in the front of the radiator area clipped to the radiator support.
its on the left hand side of the radiator but not very easy to get to My apology, it is a 1996 S10 Chevy Blazer instead of a 1999 Chevy Blazer. I need to see a picture or more detail of where the drain plug is located on the left side of the radiator. I have searched and searched and cannot find anything to drain with. Thanks, Linel
