If I remember correctly, the average is 600ml (600 milliliters). However, the body responds to 400ml (400 milliliters) where it signals the brain to remove the urine from the body.

Also a bladder can hold up to 1L (one liter) sometimes.

Average is 600-1000mL. The urge to pee comes at around 200-500mL. Everyone is different, that's just the average.
