How much weight can you lose and 3 months eating one meal and plenty of exercise and water?

If you are exercising you need to be taking in the calories so you have energy. If you don't, it is going to be very hard on your body. 3,500 calories = 1 lb of fat. If you figure out your BMR (you can go on BMR Caculator and enter your info) this means that this is the recommended amount of calories you need to have. Start by maybe reducing that number by 500 calories. One thing to remember is to not starve yourself!

That doesn't sound like a lot of food...... but experts say that more small meals are better than 1 regular meal.
