it depends on how well you eat and how much you stay active, i would say if you eat well and cardio 3-4 times a week you could lose a good amount. But it all depends on your weight, if you are over weight you will lose a lot, if you are just looking to lose 10-15 pounds i bet you could lose that in that time. my suggestion is eat healthy, no junk food and what i do is exercise when i come home from school because i am starving when i come home, but i promise if you exercise IMMEDIATELY when you come home, you will be surprised you will not be hungry after you are done.
Do extra little things to help like yard work, dishes, cleaning the house with music blasting lol, and dancing and singing! these little things do add up and of course take stairs not elevator and park far away (so more walking), work more and more each week.
if you cant stay motivated, DO THIS: get a picture of a really cute bikini and hang it up where you can see it everyday and think of you looking hot in the summer! or if your crushing on someone in school and they just don't notice you, think of him or her and make them be your motive, or buy a small pair of jeans or some type of cute clothing and say to yourself "I'm going to wear that in ____ number of days" and even think of just your health feeling and looking good! YOU CAN DO THIS!

More information to the question that might help is the following. Im 27 years old. I weigh 200 pounds. I use to be a small skinny 6" guy at 140 pounds but paxil made me go all the way up to 200. i am no longer on that drug thank god. i am on topiramate because of nerve damage to my feet. This drug can acaully help with that I am being told. My doctor is also saying it can help me lose weight that I need to lose! I am no longer on antidepressents that will have the side effect of gaining weight. i hear a lot of people saying they lose weight but i am wondering how fast and how much do people normally lose? and i am only on 50mg a day total. is that enough? let me know thank you
