Trust Me Hunni, Fasting is not the way to go. Doing 30-60 Minutes of excersize every day will make you lose 1-2(half a kilgram - a kilgram) pounds a week depending on whether the activity is moderate or vigourous, etc. I know for a fact that if you starve yourself you just look bony and disgusting and if you actually work out you'll look hot because you're really toned you can see abs!! :P Wait for the results. Its worth it.

If you mean quit eating and drink only water, you could lose maybe 10 pounds but it would be a dangerous way to do it. Your body needs potassium and other nutrients you cannot get from water. You could end up with heart failure, because the heart cannot work without potassium and sodium and your body also needs other nutrients.

You can lose anywhere between 15-20 pounds. It all depends on your starting weight. If you are overweight you tend to lose more weight and faster, but if you're within your weight range then your weight tends to come off more slowly.

This all depends on how much you weigh when you begin your fast, if you are overweight you will lose more weight then someone who is very slender, however it is also possible to lose only a pound or two doing this and when you begin eating again, you will gain that back instantly and maybe a few extra pounds.
