At that Age you should be Lifting between 45 and 95 Pounds depending on your size and what type of lift it is.
-Bench=45-65
-Squat=45-85
-Traplift=65-115
-Clean=45-65
A child that has'nt developed his body completely, should not even attempt to find out how much weight he or she lifts. It is very dangerous. Instead, using stamina building excercises, such as strength training while under the influence of a professional trainer is recomended. Inproper lifting techniques can cause long term pain and damage to underdeveloped tissues.
At age 11,you really shouldn't be lifting weights. however it is still good to get out and get exercise, but you don't need to lift weights until you get into highschool.
Also, at your age you are still probobly growing, and weight lifting can have harmful effects on your body, so i wouldn't recommend lifting.
However, if you wish to ignore the statements above, you should start low, work your way up to where you cant lift it, and then take off 10-15 pounds off what you are lifting
It depends on the boy. I think a 11-year-old boy should lift about 20-30% of their body weight. I am about 80 pounds so about 10, 15, 20 pound dumbells.

its depends on how much you weigh u should be able to do atleast 70 to 80 percent of your weight but sometimes after youv been liftin for a while u can do more like im 13 and i weigh 130 and i lift 155

This would depend on the 16 year old and is personal body and strength. Dont lift more then you can comfortably lift and make sure that you have a spotter available.
