Well, considering a woman needs at least 1200 per day for her organs to function, I'd say you'll be dead long before you see any real results. But hey, I guess you'll make a pretty corpse.
You would loose a lot of weight whether your a man or woman. You would see your ribs in about a week maybe less. You would have no energy and would hardly be able to keep yourself up right let alone walk around the house. I would definitely recommend not eating 200 calories a day, unless you want to die soon.
