If this is a nice car then spend the money and have the blown head gasket repaired before you try to sell it. With a blown head gasket it is only worth what someone will pay. Would you buy a car with a blown head gasket? I sure would not, as there is no way of knowing how much damage has been done. I would not touch this car as it stands now and neither will most people. It is worth very little with the gasket blown.
The most likely cause is condensation buildup in the oil - apparently normal with a number of Dodge engines and harmless(assuming no blown head gasket - you would know if that was the case with dropping anti-freeze levels). If you are loosing coolant with no apparent leak, or see white smoke from the exhaust you may have a blown head gasket. You need to have this looked into by a progressional. A blown head gasket will destroy your engine.
This would depend on the year and make of the truck. In general, an older truck would sell for 1500 dollars or so with a blown head gasket.
