No, female rabbits do not menstruate. They have "heat" cycles, in which they more readily breed and in which the breeding is more likely to take.

If your rabbit is bleeding, then you should probably take it to the vet (but be sure it is not just red urine - a simple Google search will help you find that out).

Rabbits don't get periods. There is no healthy or normal reason for a rabbit to bleed from the genitals. If your rabbit is bleeding from the genitals, it needs vet care immediately: it could be injured or, more likely, it could have a serious urinary infection, or ovarian cancer (if the rabbit is female).

Sometimes rabbit urine is reddish in colour. This does not indicate blood. Rabbit urine changes colour for many reasons: from the food they eat, or stress, or dehydration. If you're concerned, put a white towel where the rabbit pees: if the red colour is spread evenly all over where it's wet, then it's just urine; if the red colour is in patches or splotches, then it's probably blood and you should see the vet. If your rabbit's urine is always red and never changes colour, see the vet because it could be sick.

a rabbit in her prime breeding time will be in season for much longer periods (few weeks) once or twice a year. if she is kept around males she will be in season alot. but if she is on her own even in her breeding age she may rarely go into season

No they don't get periods. they have the ability to ovulate on cue, that's why they breed so much!
