Dex-cool is recommended to be changed every 5 years.
I recommend changing it every 50,000 miles unless it is a permanent filter that requires no maintenance.
I looked for an answer to this question in my Haynes manual and found nothing about how often to change the timing chain. It DOES, however, to into great detail about how to do it. FriPilot simply because they dont have a timing chain on the 2.2 ecotech
Standard antifreeze should be changed every two years. Long life antifreeze needs changing every five years.
Honda recommends @ 45k miles and then every 30k miles after that.
I don't, but change the oil and filter every 3000 miles religiously and you will be saved.
fuel press. regulators often leak because the seals dry out. it is easy to replace the regulator and it should come with new seals.

My '96 averaged from 26 to 32 MPG, depending on how I drove her and upon conditions. Most often, I averaged around 27 to 28+. And this was when the car had 225,000 miles on the OD.
flush and change cooling system liquid every 2 years. use correct liquids for your vehicle.
Change your oil/filter every 5,000 miles if you use conventional oil and every 8,000 miles if you use synthetic and you drive under normal conditions.
you can change it to green, however, the "green" antifreeze will corode your radiator, water pump and anything else that is alumnium in your cooling system. Also, while dex-cool may seem expensive now, you dont have to change it as often as the green which will save you money in the long run
I should mention that the alternator has gone bad and been replaced, so has the battery. The various dash lights will often come on and go off for no apparent reason also.
