Catch a cold.

There are more than 200 known cold viruses, which is why it is so easy to catch a cold, and why symptoms can vary so much. Until we build up immunities to each variety, we will keep catching colds.

This answer does not make sense. Using your numbers, if you are a male (assuming average lifespan of a male is 80 years) that means the average male would get the flu on average of 4 times per year.
