It would be difficult to find a totally unbiased news broadcast anywhere: although station executives would probably deny it, even the best newscasts are influenced by sponsors, ratings, and pressure from advocacy groups. But there are definitely a number of news broadcasts that strive to be neutral; these broadcasts focus on provable facts rather than on unproven opinion. Certainly, some channels are more partisan than others: MSNBC tends to lean left, and Fox News generally leans right, for example. But most newscasts are not as partisan as MSNBC and Fox. And while there is a myth (widely believed on the right) that the media are liberal, the majority of network newscasts do their best to gather the facts: I find the newscasts on PBS and NPR tend to be very thorough and reliable, for example, and NBC, ABC, and CBS have trustworthy evening newscasts with well-respected correspondents. CNN also strives to be neutral and fair in covering the news. But it is still a good idea for you as a news consumer to be skeptical of what you are told, and to fact-check the stories to make sure you are getting as much information as possible.

(The newscasts are actually very professional-- Shep Smith and Bret Baier are widely respected, as is Chris Wallace.) But there is nothing wrong with having a definite point of view. You know what you are going to get when you watch it. In a democracy, Fox News has every right to broadcast what it wants, and as long as viewers support it, the network will continue to do well and make money for its corporate owners. Of course, its critics would say (with some justification) that it is biased and one-sided and frequently inaccurate; critics will also point out how it drives the Republican talking points and excludes any stories that are critical of Republicans. Fox News is the network liberals and progressives love to hate, just like conservatives love to hate MSNBC (which has some liberal viewpoints among its commentators.) If I were looking for accurate and unbiased news, I would probably not rely on Fox. But if I were looking for excellent examples of what the Republican party believes and what its priorities are, Fox News does an outstanding job of promoting those points of view every day.
