before i was put on probation i joined a counseling program volunteerly they drug tested all patients, i passed the first drug test and all others that followed long before i ever went to court, it showed the judge that i was clean to start with, brownie points, a little brown nosing goes a long way with the judge, and what ever you do stay clean through the process it makes a really big difference to the court system, and it puts the counselors on your side right from the beginning so they wanted to help you and gave the judge good reports, when i was put on probation, it was for a year and after about 6 months or so of testing clean they didn't drug test me anymore, and what was even better was they let me out of the counseling and testing program early. good luck!!!!!!

∙ 14y agoProbation is gona test you for Oxy,THC,COC (cocaine), Morphine, (Opiates), Benzos, they can go more in depth tho and test for PCP, Subboxone, Methadone, MDMA, Alcohol. IF your on drug court your gona get tested for everything, every damn drug. regular probation, just the basics. thc,coc,benzo,oxy,morphine...
Basically, your probation officer can order you to be tested for whatever drug he wants to test you for. Probation means that you're being given a chance to prove that you can behave like a citizen, given that you've already acted like a criminal. The only way you're going to scam the system is if your PO is lazy. Many POs are lazy, granted, and a good number more of them are kind-hearted (not wanting to get you in trouble over small stuff), but frankly if you're trying to scam the system you might as well go back and serve out your sentence.
As above they told you what types of Drugs they were look for. They will use a piss test to look for them. If they think you are using something to change the results they will order a blood test which you cant beat.
