You have two be 13 years old to have facebook legally or you are breaking the law. However you are not breaking the law if your parent know you have facebook. If you have a facebook account secretly then it is breaking the law because you know you are too young yet you really want one so you create one but don't tell noone and have no family on your friends list.

∙ 13y agoyou technically have to be 13 or older to sign up for Facebook. It can be dangerous and children need to be careful about what they are putting up on Facebook and who is able to see it.
