Let me answer by saying that it's not dependent on his age so much as his vaccination schedule. It's BEST to wait until 2 weeks after he's had his 3 main sets of vaccinations and his first rabies vaccination (unless your vet decides to wait until 6 months do do his first rabies vaccination) to be absolutely safe. This should all be done by 13-16 weeks old, depending how young he was when he had his first set. However, you CAN take him out 2 weeks after his second set, but should avoid areas where other dogs are or have been recently, as he is still susceptible to some diseases they might be carrying. Also if you walk him during this time, you should be careful not to let him keep his face to the ground a lot, and should wash his paws when he comes back inside.
NEVER set your dog out with out you.. EVER.. Another dog could hurt your dog, your dog could potty in the yard next door, (not nice) could see something to chase and go into the street (get hit by car).
All shots should be given before any dog is out side. Also, when you go to the vet, try to keep your pet off the floor, see then sterilize the exam table and bring a rubber mat for your pet to be on, they do not like the slippery table.
usually the puppies can go outside for a walks for e.g. parks, pet shops or in public areas after they have completed at least 2 puppy primary vaccination, after the pup has received his second vaccination you should wait at least 6-7days for the vaccination to work so then it will protect your puppy.
also if you have outside garden in your house with big gates where the puppy can't escape , then you can let the puppy there as long there is no other stray animals such as dogs or cats that should be fine for a puppy of any age.
When a litter is 3.5-4.5weeks old, you can begin to bring them outside. BUT make sure you bring them in a place no stray or strange dogs have been. Do not bring them out when its cold, or terribly hot.
Any age just to go potty or something, but a puppy should have all of it's shots to meet other dogs or spend long periods of time outside. Talk to your vet to see if your puppy has gotten all of his or her shots.

About 12-14 weeks old. Don't take them out when they are 6-11 weeks before they go outside. ps. Make sure your dog has been vacinated, micro-chiped. i would get my dog d-sexed.

When can I take to the groomer a female that had puppies
well, puppies can "do" a lot of things. like sleep, play with toys, eat, go to he bathroom. that is generaly what puppies do.
they can go anytime
Until they are about 6 months of age, then they can go onto adult food.
You have to go through a process
No
for fun
yes you can.
You have puppies by getting a mate. Go to every territory once to look for a male, after you're done with that it should pop up that there is a male there that is not yet taken. After that you go to slough creek, look for a den and it should say do you want this den, then you say yes. There you go, your own puppies!!
