How old do you have to be to do the hurdles in Track and Field?

Track and field events are sports that take place in a Stadium, around a track or on the field within the track. Track events include running such as the 100 metre sprint, hurdles and relay races. Field events include throwing, such as discus and javlin, and jumping such as the long jump, tripple jump and pole vault.
There are many events in track and field the hardest field events are jumping such as triple because it is so hard to get the perfect form. I would know I do it. The hardest track events are 400, 3200 (2 mile) , 800, And the 400 hurdles because you need perfect form. There are so many track events i thought i would name the hardest.
Track- This is running events, including hurdles. Running lengths: 100 (girls)/110(boys) m sprint hurdles, 100 m, 200m, 300m hurdles, 400m, 800m, 1500 (or 1600)m, 3,000m, 4x100 relay, 4x400 relay, 4x800 relay, and 4x1,5(6)00 relay.
