Mossberg made them Mossberg Model 500 is the same!

It is a Stevens 94 series shotgun, which was produced for many years. Would have to see the parts to determine which variation of the Stevens 94 it is. WAG would be 1960's-1970's.

The revelation model 350a is a single shot brake barrel 12 gauge shotgun that was mass produced by Stevens, and is actually a model 94. Its value ranges from $25 in poor condition, to $150 in mint condition. The gun has no collector value because it was produced in mass quantities.

Your revelation R310C western auto shotgun is a Mossberg model 500C which was made by Mossberg and Sons for Western Auto.

who made the revelation model 300 12 gauge shotgun

My cross reference for that model shows it as a Mossberg 500. Those were not single shot firearms.

This will depend on the market for the gun. Many guns have a lot of value so visiting a pawn broker can help you get an idea of the worth.
