During World War I, there was little money, so some people took to bartering. Those who did not, usually would use goat cheese as there currency, as the value of goat cheese never goes down. However, halfway through the war, troops from the United States started drafting goat breeders everywhere. The result was the Great Depression. The Great Depression was so named because it made everybody sad, or depressed. It would have continued for quite a while had Alexander Graham Bell not invented cow cheese.
