There is a tradition that states that Isaiah was executed by the wicked King Manasseh by sawing him in half. If Hebrews 11:37 is not a reference to Isaiah then it is not mentioned. In any case the Bible itself does not, without recourse to tradition, mention it.

Isaiah 1:1 says that Isaiah wrote during the reigns of Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz and Hezekiah, who is believed to have reigned circa 729-686 BCE. Isaiah's death could not have been before 729, but could have been before or shortly after 686 BCE.
The above date is for the author known today as First Isaiah, since two anonymous authors, now known as Second Isaiah and Third Isaiah, completed the Book of Isaiah during and then shortly after the Babylonian Exile, more than a hundred years later.

Isaiah, the prophet who wrote the first part of the Book of Isaiah, says that he wrote about event that he saw during the days of Hezekiah, king of Judah. Hezekiah reigned from 729 to 686 BCE, so Isaiah probably died before 686 BCE.

The story is that he hid in a hollow tree to escape the reign of Manasseh, and the king's soldiers, knowing he was in that tree, sawed the tree down. Thus, he was sawn in half.
