As it was the custom at that time for daughters to me married off in their early teens, it is probable that Mary was about 15 when she married Joseph. As Jesus was "about 30" when He commenced His ministry, that would make Mary around about 45 years of age when Jesus performed His first miracle.

A:

In John's Gospel, Jesus performed his first miracle of turning water into wine on the third day after his baptism. He is traditionally believed to have been about 29 or 30 at the time.

In the synoptic gospels, Jesus went into the wilderness immediately after his baptism, so was not at the wedding in Cana. In these gospels, his first miracle was to fast for forty days and resist the devil.
