How old was Muhammad when he found out he was a prophet?

The sunni Muslims believe he became the prophet at the age of 40,and they also believe he was illiterate until angel gabriel squeezed him really hard 3 times.only then was he able to read the revalation from god.

but this is not true

He became prophet when he was 40 when angel gabriel told him to read and his answer was i can't read. then he said read in the name of your lord.

He was of age 40 when started the revelation of first verses of Quran to him, in year 610, by God through the Angel Gabriel; same Angel who told Virgin Mariam that she will give birth to Jesus.

Muhammad bin Abdullah had developed the habit of periodically withdrawing from Mecca's pagan squalor to a nearby mountain cave (located in present-day Saudi Arabia), where he would reflect in solitude. So he did not accept Islam in a specific age, and anyway we were all born as Muslims even if you are called a Christian or Jew or a Buddhist or a Hindu you were born as a Muslim but it was your parents who taught you the religion they were taught from their parents.But this brother is talking more about the events and not on the topic.
