Nearly all the records agree that Muhammad was 25, but of course they are calculating in lunar years. A lunar year is only 354 or 355 days long, so 33 lunar years are only about 32 solar years. If we reckon Muhammad's age according to the solar calendar, his age at marriage was 24 years and 3 months.
Khadija was probably about 27: this has been discussed elsewhere.

∙ 13y agoProphet Muhammad (PBUH) married for first time when he was 25 years old (in year 595 AD). His wife is named Khadija and she remained his only wife until her death after 25 marriage (until year 620 AD or until 2 years before Hijra to Medina).
