How old does renesmee grow up to be?

Yes, Renesmee ages and grows rapidly. Since she IS half humman and half vampire.

She does though stop aging at some point. At around age 7 and is full grown and looks like she's 17. She is also immortal, even though her heart beats, she can produce tears, etc

to be more accurate. She'll stop aging at 7 years old in human years, but when she turns 7 she'll be 15 years old because she grows so fast. Her growth will stop there and she'll physicaly stop changing. The other half human half vampire they found had said that in about 7-9 years he was physically around 17

Renesmee grows to be 16 years old then stays like that forever like a vampire because throughout her childhood, her growing slows and then it just stops. and then her and Jake are frozen together in time and live happily ever after.

She ages very quickly, but not like baby right to teenager in one day. She ages faster than normal children, but not like totally instantly. She ages a week each day. I put a diagram at the bottom:
