Theoretically yes, though it is extremely painful even dosed with strong narcotics and will be rejected by the body if the blood types are different. However, no one would ever need a bone transplant nor lose a bone. If the patient has bone cancer the cancer would have already spread to the blood and bone marrow, therefore a bone transplant would be useless.
