How should you answer 'Do you enjoy working with people' in a job interview?
Honestly. I once said I enjoyed working with people on my job application and I got stuck as a waitress. If you don't like working with people I would say so and hope they had a opening for a more solitaire job. Otherwise you could get stuck taking orders from everyone (no pun intended). If you don't want to work by yourself you should say you like working with other people, but remember if you work with alot people you have to deal with all those people and their problems.
That is always a hard question for me. Think of the reasons why you applied to their company, with what you know about the company you will enjoy working for them (most companies love to know that you know some thing about them), you're self motivated, quick learner, good people skills / personable, dedicated, sincere, dependable, not affraid to take chances, reliable, you have a passion for the job.
As with any question in a job interview, the best way is to answer honestly. If you really don't like working with people, surely you would be looking for job that allows you to be working away from others. During a job interview or review many employers want to know what aspects of your job that you like most. They are trying to find out what you enjoy about your job so they can figure out how much you would like the new position. What you like about your job will vary depending on the position that you have but can include the duties and tasks you enjoy most or working with people.
What should you do if you are asked to interview with a different department than the one you applied to?
It depends. If you know for sure that you do not want to take whatever job this is, if the department is a large divergence from what you applied for, then do not take it. But, if you seem interested or at least are willing to go to the interview, you might find that the job is something you really enjoy.
How do you answer 'Tell something about yourself . . what do you enjoy doing most' in a job interview?
I can't answer this for you since I don't know you but ALWAYS keep your answers positive. Do you enjoy drinking with buddies most? DO NOT say that. Say you enjoy being with friends most. Do you enjoy calling off of work and going fishing most? Instead, say you most enjoy spending time outdoors. IN AN INTERVIEW, ALWAYS KEEP YOUR ANSWERS POSITIVE! ~ T
