FOR ME THE ANSWER TO THIS IS DEPEND ON WHAT KIND OF JOB YOU ARE TRYING TO APPLY...LIKE SAY CALL CENTERS,YOU MUST STATE YOUR ASSETS TO THE INTERVIEWER AND TELL THEM THAT YOU ARE AN ASSET IN A TEAM...THAT THEY MUST GIVE YOU A CHANCE TO SHOW THEM THAT YOU ARE REALLY FIT IN THE POSITION...
