After you have your horse, ride to Diamond Plains and deliver the letter to Marshal Taylor at the saloon. He will give you his badge. Go back to Dusty Gulch and get your picture taken, then to the Marshal's office back in Diamond plains to get the marshal's Pea Shooter.
