When the infected person coughs, spits, talks or sneezes, he propells germs into the air which infects another person who inhales them. There are also cerain bacterial sexually transmitted diseases. These bacterial STDs can spread through sexual intercourse and also through direct skin-to-skin contact (not all of them, only a few)
