just hold the key with the blade face down, and slide the housing apart the whole top half of the shell comes away, its not a lift clip its just a backwards slide,

then just change the battery, obviously this changes slightly between the different clio models, but genrally the same, also you may need to re-sync with your car im not sure the different ways to do this but apparently its hold the central locking button in your car for 5secs (the buttin that's on the center console) then the immobilizer light will come on then hold the lock button on your key until the doors lock.

Most fobs can easily be opened with a penny or dime. Insert the coin at the seam and twist. Mine has 2 3-volt batteries. Most hardware stores have replacements.

You can take your key fob to the Jaguar dealer and they will change it for you. Local hardware stores will also change it for you.
