how do you get the air out of the aux heater lines on a 1993 E-150 ford club wagon with 5.8 engine?
It's on the passenger side firewall.
It is located directly behind the center of the dash, so the dash has to be removed to gain access.
The sticker on my 93 Escort Wagon reads: P175/70R13 P185/60R15 84H P175/65R14 P185/60R14 82H
195/65 R 14.
First you need to support the engine from underneath, so you can remove the motor support right above the cover you want to remove. Remove serpentine belt, tensioner and this should give you enough room to remove the timing belt cover.
Remove the Dash.
You can find the heater core behind the kick plate in your 1993 Acura Legend. Remove the water hoses. Remove the heater core retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new heater core.
Remove the water supply hoses from your 1993 Chevy Corvette heater core. Some water will drain out of the hoses and the heater core. Remove the heater core retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new heater core.
You push the button on the top of it down to reset it.
Remove the crossmember and drop it out the bottom no problem.

Drain the water from your 1993 Chevy Lumina cooling system. Remove the water supply hoses to your heater core. Remove the heater core retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new heater core.
Front are 6.5" round and rear are 5x7" oval
The dash must be completely removed in order to gain access to the heater box. Then the heater hoses are disconnected and the heater box is removed and opened up. That gains access to the heater core for relacement.
I have 1993 ford escort 1.9 , heater fan not working, new fan motor is good, checked fuses, they seem ok, is there a relay and where is it, Thanks for any help you can offer
The PCU is inside the console up towards the front directly below the heater/AC controls.

Disconnect the negative battery cable and drain the engine coolant.Remove the right rear quarter panel trim and then remove the panel itself.Remove the right rear wheelhousing liner.Disconnect the heater hoses from the core.Unplug the electrical lead. Remove the drain valve.Remove the heater module.If necessary, remove the blower motor.Remove the heater case cover.Remove the heater case cover and then remove the heater core.
You have to remove the entire dash and HVAC housing.
There should be 4 lugs. Unsure about the spacing, but the wheel size is P175/70R13.
