Begin by removing the tire and wheel from your 1993 Nissan. Remove the end of the axle. Remove the wheel bearing nut. Remove the wheel seal and the wheel bearing. Reverse the process to install your new rear wheel bearing.

Nissan Altima was created in 1993.

You have a wheel out of alignment. You have a wheel out of balance. You may have other problems such as a bad wheel bearing. Your wheel could be about to fall off.

If, after close inspection you do not see any damage to hub, you can use it. But ALWAYS install new bearing race with bearing.

How do you know if the starter needs to be replaced on a 1993 Nissan Altima?

Why is your 1993 Altima Nissan making a clicking noise but does not start?

Brakes locked, wheel bearing frozen to spindle, emergency brake on.

If its making a horrible grinding noise, it could be the bearing!

The oil capacity on a 1993 Nissan Altima is approximately 4.1 quarts. The oil that should be used is 5W-30.

It has 1 big hub bearing per side and you can not service them. It has factory sealed bearings. If there bad then you must replace the bearing.

Front is easy, just replace hub rear is pressed in

No, the 240sx is a rear wheel drive car and the transmission is completely different from the front wheel drive Altima. The engines themselfs are also set up differently even thought they both share the "KA24DE" engine code.

The wheel bearing will make a low whine or moan when driving if going bad. Lift the car and turn the wheel by hand. If it doesn't turn easily then check that the caliper is releasing and not stuck. Also check for play in the wheel, left/right and top/bottom. If loose, could be a bad wheel bearing.

On the hub.. that you need to replace because you cant just get the wheel baring for the bonneville... you got 3 bolts that need to come out you take them out you get the hub out... put the new hub back in put the 3 bolts in there and put your tire back on. Then there ya go you jus changed your wheel baring.

I don't believe that the altima had a crankshaft position sensor until 1995.

An easy way to do it is to put some wheel bearing grease in the palm of your hand and then, scoop up the grease with the end of the wheel bearing. You will see the excess grease come out from between the bearings. There's an instructional video included below also, that shows how to replace these on a 93-97 Ford Ranger.

i cannot get the wheel off the blower motor

I am not sure of what year you are talking about. But the 1993 and 1994 Altima does not have a crankshaft sensor(crankshaft position sensor) .....
