If it is just the pads. It is simple. loosen up the 2 bolts that hold the caliper in place. Bring caliper up and off. maybe suspend with rope or wire. You don't want it to dangle. Take tha old pads off and put the new ones on. Before re installing the caliper you have slowly press the piston back into the caliper. Then install and torque to specs. Put wheels back on and push the brake pedal a few times before starting the car or moving it to make sure it is contacting the pads. Otherwise you wont have any brakes.
Jack up the front of your 1991 Mitsubishi Eclipse. Remove the brake pad assembly. Loosen the brake rotor by tapping on it with a hammer or mallet. Slide the brake rotor off. Reverse the process to install the new brake rotor.

Perhaps brake lights? Check the stoplight switch at the upper end of the brake pedal under dash area
Dot 3 or Dot 4. and if manual the clutch fluid is the same as the brake fluid (Dot3, Dot4)
