You need to replace the 'evaporation canister' which is located on the under carraige driver side rear. It is a shoebox sized thing with a couple of hoses comming out of it and an electrial wire attached as well. The gas tank vents through this and when it fails you cannot fill the tank worth a darn. It is held on by 2 bolts and is easy to remove.
