You cut it of. the same as you would remove an arm permanently. Either way unless you are treating a medical condition that can only be treated through amputation it is a stupid idea. there is no medical necessity in the removal of the foreskin.

∙ 11y agothey cut it of with a scalpel and in the case of a baby it is first torn away from the glans to which it is tilt attached at that age. either way spicily in the case of the newborn it is an excruciatingly painful operation as the foreskin is rich in erogenous tissue.
