Yes. When you download a music file from 4shared, it should atoumatically be in your itunes. If not, go to the folder that the file is in (probably Downloads) and look at the top where it says organize, views, open, play all, etc. (This is for Windows so if you have a mac your on your own 0.o) Click the arrow in open and click iTunes. It should now be in your itunes.
Get another computer, I recommend a Mac or you could get a faster server.
